Anticura Trekking & Montaña, trekking and high altitude mountaineering in the chilean Andes

Hi, my name is Fernando Fainberg and I'm a FEACH mountain guide and instructor with many years of experience.

Anticura is my small backpacking business, with a very personal touch. Since the year 2001 we have been guiding in many places of Chile, from beautiful trekkings in the Lake District, to the high summits of the Cordillera de Los Andes. The trips are for everyone who is interested in enjoying our wonderful valleys and mountains.

Anticura is a Mapuche word who means sun stone and is the name of a beautiful hidden valley in the southern Cordillera de los Andes, in the heart of the Puyehue National Park in northern Patagonia, a place very well known by me.
